Erick O. Dwele is a seasoned technology and business development professional with over 17 years of experience leading innovation, digital transformation, social entrepreneurship, and organizational development across the private sector, nonprofit organisations, international institutions, and business incubation ecosystems. He is a researcher in the field of critical minerals. He has published various articles on Critical Minerals exploration in Africa in different international journals, including the Africa Journal on Emerging Issues. As the Founder and Executive Director of OgilaTech, he provides strategic leadership in delivering technology-driven solutions that empower businesses, governments, and communities through digital innovation, research, and capacity building.

Erick's expertise spans ICT consulting, software and systems development, artificial intelligence, digital skills training, business incubation, research, data analytics, project management, and policy analysis. He is passionate about harnessing technology to solve real-world challenges, strengthen institutions, and create sustainable opportunities for economic growth and social impact.

Before founding OgilaTech, Erick served in various leadership and technical roles, including Programme Officer at the Business Incubation Association of Kenya, Director of Programs and Operations at Action for Development Kenya, Network Engineer at Fibrelink Communications Ltd, International Account Manager at Pingman International and Policy Advisor at United Nations Association of the National Capital Area (UNA-NCA). He also worked extensively as a freelance academic researcher and data analyst, contributing to research publications, policy papers, and development projects for universities, NGOs, and international organizations. In addition to his corporate leadership, Erick serves as the Secretary General of the Mamboleo Good Friends Foundation, where he supports community development initiatives focused on youth empowerment, education, entrepreneurship, and social welfare.
